We are currently assisting one of our clients_an established ophthalmic laboratory_in sourcing equipment to expand their in-house production. Specifically, we are looking for components of a Free Form surfacing line, including:

A Blocker

A Free Form Generator (digital lens surfacing machine)

A Polisher

The target production capacity is at least 240 lenses/surfaces per day, and the system should be suitable for manufacturing Free Form / progressive lenses. Compatibility with third-party lens design software (e. G., IoT, Zeiss) is also of interest.
