Please read this very careful and make sure you understand the needs.

First of all, and very important is the delivery time to Constanta (Constanza) Port.

Whoever will be the supplier that will create my kayaks for future orders MUST make sure that I will receive the goods within the timeframe that the supplier provides. Otherwise, there will be legal consequences that the supplier will face.
For example, if you give me 45-55 days to deliver, I need to have into my possession the goods in maximum the 55th day.
The supplier MUST have a connection in China Port and know when the cargo-ships are scheduled for departure. This way we can have a correct estimation of delivery time.

I had a business relationship with Ningbo Vicking Mould&Plastic with two orders and 10 kayaks that turned to be a bad relationship because of them not being fair with me as a client. I've been told the goods will be in my possession within 45-55 days after payment was done on 3rd of March and the reality is that I am scheduled to receive them in 90 days, this June, I hope so. This simply doesn't work for me because I am reselling the kayaks in Romania to other customers. Obviously now I have legal problems with them because I did not respect the delivery time 45-55 days that I gave them.

Regarding the product/products:
I am not sure what kind of model will be the kayaks, fishing, or sea kayaks.
Must include vests, paddles and cover, seat where applies.
I would use large width fishing kayaks to be able to carry plastic waste that will be collected out of the water.
I am working on two projects that will include 15 kayaks each, so 30 in total, maybe more.
That being said I am looking for a supplier to have it in my database for when the project is almost completed, to order the kayaks.
The supplier is happy after receiving the payment, well me as a customer I want to be happy too, there must be balance for a relationship to work in harmony and to be long term.

Whoever thinks he can handle my request must offer me:
1. Sea freight cost including estimated cost for Constanza port for 30 kayaks
2. Air freight cost (being faster than sea freight)
3. Catalog with their products and prices

I will choose the forwarder on my side, and you will know it before order will be placed.
