I am a consultant for an entity called ''SAAT'' that plans to set up an oyster mushroom cultivation unit.
The project:
2 hard shelters measuring 15 x 6 m (fruiting on 2 x 196 m² of shelves) with a ridge height of 3 m – 2 parallel shelters, separated by a perpendicular one (8 x 6 x 2.75 m – flat roof) serving as an incubation chamber, office, cloakroom and amenities.
I am looking for a temperature and humidity regulation system, with CO2 filtration – needed temperatures 18 to 28° Celsius.
The installation is "off grid" and powered by a 3/5 KW, single-phase solar system.
Location: Tori-Bossito, Atlantique – Bénin – Port : COTONOU
