Required Continuous Annealing Furnace for Water Atomized Iron Powder Reduction with below Technical details:
Maximum Operating Temperature - 1150 Degree celsius
Density of iron powder - 3.5 g/cc
Continuous SS Belt - Yes SS310/316/or as per your specification
Reduction and protection gas - Hydrogen and Nitrogen or cracked ammonia
Output - 600 to 700 Kg/hour minimum
Atmosphere - Reducing
Expected Results - less than 0.10% of oxygen at output metal powder cake
Metal Powder - Atomized dried iron powder
Maximum Fraction of Input material - 85% is below 80#
Exit Temperature - Less than 60 deg C
Working temperature - 1000 deg C at least
