Functional and Regulatory requirements:
I. Supplier to share all reports and documents on various performance and durability tests carried out for HP Filter as per regulation.
II. Supplier to share any specific HP Filter installation guidelines to TML.
III. HP filter should have corrosion resistant body & hydrogen compatibility as per ISO 17268.
IV. Cartridge should be for Gaseous H2 application.
V. HP Filter should be EC79 certified.
VI. Testing of HP Filter as per ISO 12619-15
3.5 Performance and Technical Specifications:
I. Working Pressure 350 bar or 700 bar
II. Max. Working Pressure 450 bar or 875 bar
III. Working Temperature: -40° C to +85° C
IV. Filter Efficiency: >99% @ 0.3 Micron
V. Filter Type: Particulate
VI. Flow > 45kg/Hr, H2 Gas at 350 bar.
VII. Sump Volume: 50ml (Min)
VIII. Filter Cartridge replacement frequency: 60000 Km (min)
IX. Filter draining interval: Every 10000 Km
X. Maximum differential pressure allowed is 2 bar
