Our company is engaged in the processing of secondary non-ferrous metal - we process Aluminum and Copper.

We melt this type of raw material in inclined rotary furnaces.


At the moment, we are considering for ourselves the direction of processing electronic scrap (printed circuit boards, computer boards) in order to isolate the useful fraction of non-ferrous and precious metals.

We need to build the beginning of the technological process. We see the path of melting printed circuit boards (electronic scrap) on a copper collector in our rotary furnaces.



In this regard, I am contacting your company in order to find out how feasible this is and how much such a solution will cost, since I saw your presentation on furnaces, gas cleaning and information that you can melt electronic scrap using this method.

If we melt the boards without preliminary processing (cleaning from plastic, textolite), then we need to solve the issue of gas cleaning and capturing some of the precious and other metals that will be burned during heat treatment, since the chemical composition of the boards is very diverse and extremely harmful. As I understand it, this is your main profile and you will be able to guide us in this direction.
