I am working on a unique project involving a BlackBerry Bold 9900, aiming to modernize the device to support LTE and VoLTE for compatibility with current network standards (e. G., AT&T in the USA). I am seeking an expert or service provider capable of handling either of the following approaches:

Upgrade Existing Motherboard:
Replace the existing MSM8655 Snapdragon S2 with a modern SoC (e. G., Snapdragon 636) along with its RF transceiver (e. G., SDR660) and power management IC (PM660A).
Integrate LTE-compatible internal antennas and reconfigure the board to support these updates.
Modify the bootloader and firmware to ensure compatibility with the new hardware.
Design or Adapt a New Motherboard:
Develop or source a new motherboard that can fit within the BlackBerry Bold 9900's housing and shell.
Ensure the new board supports LTE/VoLTE and works with the device's original display, keyboard, and other peripherals.
