We are in the process of establishing a company dedicated to providing freshly squeezed orange juice through fully automated vending machines. Our goal is to serve customers everywhere, at any time, particularly in high-density populated areas such as shopping malls, airports, and tourist attractions. We will begin this venture in Istanbul and eventually expand to other major cities in Turkey.


Project Overview
For Phase I, we plan to deploy up to 50 vending machines with the following specifications:
1. Maximum Storage Capacity: 400-500 oranges
2. Dispensing Capacity: Up to 150 cups with a juice yield of approximately 300 ml (average of 3 oranges per cup) before refilling Orange Storage, in order to be able to run through the nights within extra Labor Cost.
3. Squeezing Speed: 45-55 seconds per cup
4. Waste Management: Features for constant monitoring and automatic logging to ensure fruit freshness while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
5. Pricing: Detailed cost breakdown for machines and services
6. Software Solutions: Integration with payment systems, inventory management, and real-time data analysis for sales tracking and operational efficiency
7. Commercial Reports: Insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis specific to the Istanbul market
8. Technical Reports: Guidance on machine installation, maintenance, and operational procedures to ensure smooth business operations
9. Support and Training: Information on after-sales support and training for our team to effectively manage the machines.


Once we achieve our commercial and technical goals in Phase I, in Phase II, we aim to expand our network to encompass 1000 vending machines within two years.

- Shield Protection: Adequate protection features for outdoor usage
- AIoT Software Solutions: Advanced software capable of interconnecting all vending machines with our headquarters, enabling us to monitor necessary data from each machine and generate various technical and commercial reports essential for our management system, like real-time tracking, user-friendly interface, and maintenance features, to ensure the software meets our needs.
