1. Scope of Work
EINIT EPC invites quotations for the supply of factory-new, distribution SN/nn transformers that are to be manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the delivery date. The transformers are to be oil-cooled, 3-phase, double-winding, hermetically sealed units. These transformers must have power ratings ranging from 63 kVA to 630 kVA and be suitable for both overhead and indoor installation in unmanned transformer substations.

Detailed Description of Scope of Supply:
The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new, distribution SN/nn transformers, oil-cooled, 3-phase, double-winding, hermetically sealed, with a power range from 63 kVA to 630 kVA, intended for overhead and indoor installation in SN/nn transformer substations without permanent supervision.

Deliveries of all specified transformers are to be carried out in batches as outlined in the table below. The specified dates are final, meaning the Supplier may deliver transformers earlier but no later than the dates indicated below.

Total: 355 units by 31.03.2025 and 318 units by 30.06.2025, totaling 673 units.

Submission Deadline
All interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations by 11-11-2024.

2. Delivery Requirements
Transformers are to be delivered in specific batches as outlined below. Early deliveries are acceptable, but no later than the specified deadlines. Quotes must be provided on an FOB basis.
