We are a Brunei based company sourcing for supply of HDPE mixing and blending tank to blend corrosive chemicals from solid form (flakes or powder) with water to produce the chemical in solution form. The customised tank features are as follows:
1) working volume is 5000 liter and full volume is 6500 liter.
2) With Activity flip Lid to fill the solid chemical (25 kg per bag) into the tank.
3) 2" discharge valve at the bottom.
4) Stirrer/mixer double paddle
5) Mixer motor power: 5, 5KW, Speed: 50 RPM (variable)
6) Mounted on platform with bottom height clearance of from the 2" outlet must be 1800mm from the floor to receive the IBC tank and filters during transfer of mixed chemical in solution form.
