Surely in China, there are companies that do plastic extrusion and produce cabinets such as those in the examples?

I need quotations to build an extruded plastic portable power station cabinet ONLY as I will fit my own power system inside.

I understand plastic extrusion and its potential cost etc. As well as the associated delays.
So what I am looking for is a standard product that looks like one of the images below.

The interior should be around 57cm wide by 60cm long and 40cm high or the nearest STANDARD cabinet you have. I really want an aesthetically pleasing design.

Obviously if the manufacturer can also put in some of the electrical equipment such as plugs and voltage/AMP meters (240V) it would be great.

The base, unless incorporated in the overall design, can be left out!

The business plan is to build an ever increasing amount in South Africa as the investment is realised and selected markets prepared.

So first we need TWO samples of the SAME cabinet for our first two models of different output. THEN, once we have tested over the next 5 weeks after receiving the sample cabinets, we plan to build as follows:

Month 1: 2, 000 units
Month 2: 3, 000 units ramping up, as we establish QC and processes
Month 3: 5, 000 units
Month 6 and 7: 5, 000 units each months totaling 10, 000 units while we expand factory facilities
Month 8: To 20, 000 units per month per factory which can further be expanded to 60, 000 per month doing 3 shifts.

I have the sole rights to sell in the whole of Africa and selected countries including China and Greece etc. A 2013 UN report states that in Africa alone 130m homes have to be electrified.

We will not mass produce in South Africa above 3, 000 per month as the Irish owners of the design feel it's too risky with its property expropriation Act.

Preferably we would like to set up in Botswana if we can reach agreement with them.

Also if we can attract the right investment, I would like an external business partner to manufacture for us! I am too old to undertake factory set up and operation!

So in summary, I require the two samples as quickly as practical. Therefore I would like to have a quotation on the units to feed the monthly requirements AND lead times please.



I need 2X samples which must be air-freighted to me please. Obviously bulk orders will go via sea-Freight!
