Hello; We are getting into the world of manufacturing business, our project is a factory which manufactures car filters in different types and which are used for, according to the type of car. Based on the market study and taking into consideration the diversity of the products and the selected manufacturing capacity between 500.000 to 900.000 filter/month for the first year.
We need all necessary machines that makes filters from raw material, like tapping machine, seaming machine, pleading, cutter, packing...
We are working on the feasibility study to present it to the government for permission approval and we need the following information:

1) list of the machinery needed (tapping, seaming, pleading, packaging...)
2) human resources requirement and number of worker needed on each machine
3) the total space require
4) price of the machinery
5)Raw Material Requirements, Raw Material Details and Procurement, Raw Material Costs, Raw Material Suppliers

Considering the production process involved and the time required for skill development, If you can refer to us a consultant in the manufacturing industry or technical experts, that they can provide advice and consultation on your product, also we need training and assistance to use the machines for the first six months of the production process. We are planning to visit your location for more accuracy. Any orientation will be appreciated and we are open to any good ideas.
