This will have the ability to use a smart card system. On removal of smart card, power goes off, smart card should contain relevant owner/user information. Can be linked to gms number and can be recharged/top up with SMS or etc.

Users can buy and top up and can also pay as you go using internet, SMS, etc. Users will have an account profile and control their energy at from from their PC.
