We are looking for 2/3 color Flexo Printing Press for Manufacturing ECG Chart Recording Papers. The output is similar to a Business Forms Machine but folding is at various distances and without Sprocket holes.
The following specifications are MUST:

1. ) 2 Color Flexo Printing Machine

2. ) Reel Unwinding Diameter: Minimum- 1000mm

3. ) Printing, Perforation & Folding at (90mm, 120mm & 360mm), (70mm, 140mm & 280mm), (215mm), (100mm, 150mm & 300mm).

4. ) Printing through Photopolymer Plate Thickness is 0.95mm & Adhesive Tape Thickness for Mounting Plate on the Cylinder is 0.10mm Polyester Tape. As such Total(0.95mm+ 0.10mm-1.05mm)

5. ) Marking on completion of 200, 300 or May be 500 Sheets is required

6. ) Working Width required is 250mm~300mm.

7. ) We need to make a Punch mark Hole (Eye mark) in 280mm & 300mm folding. Provision to make the same is must.

8. ) We are going to print on Thermal Papers of 55~80 GSM Thickness.

9. ) Servo Driven

10. ) Output in Reel Form or Z-Fold (Fan Fold) Form.
