As a result, we are looking for a new supplier who can provide products of higher quality and reliability.

Warranty and Defects
What is the warranty policy in case of defects or malfunctions with the device? How long does the warranty period last?
Whitelabeling: Custom Logo and Packaging
Is it possible to place our company logo on the device and design custom packaging? If so, what is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for such a request?
Shipping Costs within China
We are planning to fulfill our orders using a 3PL service in China. Could you provide an estimate of the shipping costs within China?
Production and Shipping Time
How quickly can production be completed and the product shipped?
Sample Request
We would like to place an order for a sample as soon as possible. How long would it take for the sample to arrive in Germany? Our current supplier offers delivery within 6 days, and we would appreciate a similar delivery timeframe.
