Our company is a caustic soda manufacturer and the end user of a calcium hydroxide plant. We designed a caustic soda plant with a capacity of 50, 000 tons/year (in terms of 100%). Currently, new equipment for the plant has already arrived from Japan (electrolyzers); From Switzerland (caustic drying) and continues to arrive from China (HCl synthesis furnace; Pumps; Transformers, etc. ). 70% of the equipment we ordered is already on the territory of our plant in Uzbekistan. We plan to launch the plant in the second half of 2025.

2) We urgently need equipment layouts and the required area for two furnaces of 110, 000 (not 100, 000) tons/year each, a total of 220, 000 tons/year. Electricity requirement for two plants and cost of two plants. The cost should include full design; Equipment manufacturing, installation supervision, personnel training and plant commissioning.

We have the following plans:
- after the launch of the caustic soda plant, we will begin construction of the first 110, 000 t/year calcium carbide calcination furnace. After the launch of the first furnace, we will build the second one - the same calcium carbide calcination furnace. The calcium carbide obtained will be fully used for PVC production.
