1. The shot blasting chamber is designed for surface treatment of products before painting.
2. Removable dirt - scale and rust.
3. Processed products - railway tank cars and gondolas.
4. The size of the processed products (LxWxH), mm-24000X3500X5100.
5. The internal length of the camera is not less than 30000 mm.
6. The height of the chamber must allow processing the top of the product from the lifting and turning platform.
7. The camera type is passageway.
8. Transport openings of the camera must be blocked by automatic roller gates.
9. Number of processing posts - 6 PCS.
10. The number of three coordinate lifting and turning platforms for painters is 4 PCS. (two on each side).
11. Include PPE for operators in the delivery package - 4 sets.
12. In the commercial offer, separately select delivery, installation and NDT in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
