Our company is looking for color-coated zinc plated steel rolls. Rolls will use to produce profiled steel sheets (roofs).
Please see the attached images; Does the structure of your galvanized steel coil match? If it does not, please let us know how it differs.
Our requirements for the product are as follows:
1. Thickness of the steel coil: 0.45-0, 5 mm, width of the roll: 1250 mm.
2. Color coating, Color code: RAL 9006.
3. We are interested in three zinc layer thicknesses: 80g, 100g, and 140g.
1 roll should be around 4-5 tons per coil, right? What types of color coating materials can you provide, such as PE/PVDF/others?
Please provide a quotation (FOB price) for 20 tons for the three thicknesses (for the each thicknesses of zinc layer), excluding taxes, and inform us of the approximate production time.
