Tennis rackets in the US are VERY expensive. The latest models cost upwards of $250 while it takes less than $30 to manufacture them. Most of the price goes towards getting marketing and celebrity endorsements. I'm planning to launch an 'affordable yet high quality' racket brand in the US that sources quality products from China, cuts through the marketing overhead and offer a high quality product to the customers.
