We have a new request from a Customer.
Please Quote the electronic components shown in the attached Excel file, as follows:

1. The Component specifications are described in Columns A to I.
Column F (6. MANUF INST) indicates if the component must be ORIGINAL or can be an ALTERNATIVE.
In case you offer an ALTERNATIVE, please fill in: The Brand, P/N, and Datasheet link on Columns O, P, and Q.
PLEASE DO NOT MODIFY COLUMNS A to K.

2. The REAL Quantities needed are shown in Column K, so try to Quote these Quantities.
We understand that from some passive components, we are required to buy a complete Reel. For those cases, please WRITE the Reel Quantity in Column L.
Please WRITE the Quantities for EACH offered component in Column L, even if it is the same as Column K.

3. For EACH component, please write UNIT PRICE in Column M and TOTAL PRICE in Column N.

4. Use Columns O, P, and Q to send us the specifications for the ALTERNATIVE components.
DO NOT write on Column O if the component is ORIGINAL.

5. Please use Column R if you have comments for us and write the air shipment cost for the whole component amount in this column.

6. I will be waiting for your answer ASAP.
