Hello, please inform me about the possibility of manufacturing a trial batch of parts from DWF (Airdeck, drop-stitch) according to the following requirements.
1. Details 1 and 2
DWF thickness - 400 mm (if it is impossible to use such a thickness, we are ready to consider a two-layer structure of two DWF 200mm).
Parts length 6050 mm
Width at most 600 mm (note pic. Bowstern side view)
Drawing attached (hull type 1)
Additional requirements:
- make three cuts in the upper side of the part with a radius of 30 mm (see fig. Hull steps)
- make the top of the part with a rounding of no more than 40 mm.
- steps and the top of the bow should be as flat as possible.
- make the bottom of the part U-shaped or V-shaped if possible.
- perform the stem as sharply as possible by analogy with kayaks (see fig. AirKayak...)
