I'm looking to manufacture a gas valve cover that is lockable. I have adapted drawings from an existing product and put in my own measurements (Refer to Attached File A). Please note that the hinge and lock bracket measurements are flexible. The lock is not included for this product. The material I'm looking to use is Fiberglass-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) OR High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) BUT only if it's possible to be reinforced with non-combustible material. If there's any other cheaper options but still keeping the cover non-combustible, please feel free to propose. This cover is to cover up the green knob (Refer to attached files B and C)

Please note that this product needs to be shipped to South Africa so FOB in those terms please. Also, we will require sample pieces to test before committing to the order. Thank you.
