We are looking for quotation for a public procurement that we are going to bid

Bike shelters (4 PCS)
- two (2) approx. 16 m long ceiling
Under the canopies, with frame-locking separate bike racks, approx. 64 bike spaces per canopy (opposite 32 and 32, acceptable accuracy +-4 spaces/canopy)
Canopy length 16 m (acceptable accuracy +- 1.0 m / canopy)
- two (2) approx. 25 m long ceiling
With frame-lockable separate bike racks, approx. 100 bike spaces per canopy (opposite 50 and 50, acceptable accuracy +-4 spaces/canopy)
Canopy length 25 m (acceptable accuracy +- 1.0 m / canopy)
Canopies must have the following features:
- two-sided
- LED lighting
- meeting the regional (Pirkkala) snow load dimensioning requirement, i. e
At least 340 kg/m2
- hot-DIP galvanized
- color: RAL 7024 graph. Gray
- with a roof, the method of installation is a deep foundation or ready-made foundation blocks.
However, all necessary support castings and foundations must remain invisible under the finished concrete stone coatings (h=80mm).
- Canopies should not have fixed bike racks
- Will have a green roof, but is placed in Finland.
Bike racks (296 PCS)
- Bikes can be locked to the frame, 2 bikes / rack, i. e. 592 bike places
- width 1.0 m (acceptable accuracy +- 0.3 m)
- height for the visible part 1.0 m (acceptable accuracy +- 0.2 m)
- installation interval 1.0 meter
- the arc (inverted U shape) must have rounded corners, i. e. A sharp rectangular stand is not accepted.
- hot-DIP galvanized
- color: RAL 7024 graph. Gray
- deep foundation
However, all necessary support castings and foundations must remain invisible under the finished concrete stone coatings (h=80mm).
- The requested total quantity (296 PCS) can be offered in addition to the individual racks mentioned above. With ready-made recessed rail or rack set installations that meet the conditions, as long as the total number of racks (296 PCS) is at least filled.
