Supply and Installation of Fertilizer Injector
The system shall include the following subcomponents:
A. Injection Unit (Fertilizer Injector):
I. Electric Pump Injector
II. Flow Rate: Adjustable with flow rate 200 L/hr
III. Pressure Rating: Compatible with irrigation system
IV. Materials: Corrosion-resistant (PVC, stainless steel, or chemical-resistant plastic)
V. Control Mechanism: Fully automated control
B. Fertilizer Tank (Mixing & Storage)
I. Capacity: 1000L
II. Material: HDPE or corrosion-resistant plastic
III. Mixing System: Mechanical stirrer or recirculation pump (for uniform fertilizer solution)
IV. Lid & Venting: Airtight lid with venting to prevent contamination and pressure build-up
V. Chemical Compatibility: Suitable for liquid fertilizers, soluble powders, and acids (for pH control)
