I am looking to replace my extruded TPE K7000 tube with a lighter tubing. We currently use 0.625in ID tubing with a 1/32in wall thickness currently. I want to use something with a wall thickness 0.1-0.2mm. It can be TPE or a very soft TPU as it needs to fully inflate at 0.25-1Bar of pressure. The tube can be made from a TPE or TPU film +heat bonding process instead of extrusion.
The end use is as an inflatable bladder inside a pneumatic muscle.
