3D-EPS making VERTICAL machine as provided in picture. Will use 1240mm X 3000mm mesh and 1240 X 6000mm mesh. Will make 3 d -EPS panels as follow:
-2.5 inch EPS core with one inch space each side between core and mesh (interior wall)
-5 inch EPS core same arrangement for exterior wall
7 inch for special projects also same distance between the core and the mesh.
I use 2.5mm diameter wire for the mesh and 3.00mm for the diagonal wires.
Prefer the unit with continuous feed wire from the side instead of the pre-cuts studs.
But,
I will consider a stud machine also.
I am ready to down payment this week with a 30 day delivery to any port. China.
