This project will be going to be totally customized you need work with EVA Foam too. Below is the details.

First discussion EVA Foam.
I need 38 degree hexagonal foam

Red/black 300 pieces
350mm X 35mm

Red/black 300 pieces
300mm X 35mm

Yellow/black 300 pieces
350mm X 35mm

Yellow/black 300 pieces
300mm X 35mm

Total 1200

Now discussion PP Pipe. I need

PP pipe. 12mm OD 6mm ID

Now the details of the project.
1- I need PP pipe. 12mm OD 6mm ID and 38-degree hexagonal foam in different colors and sizes as mentioned in the above message.
2- need pipe with one side open, and the other side close.

3- On hole of pipe you need this golden top cap as shownin attached photo.

4- The foam is of different sizes and color.

5- But, PP Pipe has one size.

6- The EVA foam should be sealed at one end

7- PP Pipe you need to drill for the cord to pass through 7-8mm wide
8- And EVA foam needs to be printed. As shown in attached photo. Logo printing

9- Regarding the Cord, I have attached photos. The cord will enter from point A and then it will pass through the whole point B. Point B is where the knot is tied of cord
