We are seeking a supplier for one unit of a crude oil refinery plant with a capacity of one (1) million tons per annum (TPA) to be established in one of the western provinces of Iran. We have obtained the necessary permissions from the Iranian Ministry of Oil to proceed with this project.

Attached, you will find a detailed specification document (3 pages) outlining the technical requirements for the refinery, including information on the feed (input) and our expectations for the products (discharge). This is an EPC inquiry project.

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their technical and commercial proposals. We plan to conduct face-to-face negotiations in China and Iran with selected suppliers to finalize the contract.
