Hi. I am from Australia. I wanted to look at getting a small 150X150mm LED plate made that has a remote. The purpose is for people learning to drive and put on the front of their car. At the change of a button I would like it to change either Black L ( letter) on yellow background, Green P on white background or Red P on white background. Either run on battery or small solar. Is this something you could manufacture? This is a new product that I would be hoping to sell. We would need to start with a sample and then do bulk order. Thanks
