We need you to produce our new interlocking cans.
Material: Tinplate. Quantities start with a few thousand growing within one year to a million monthly. Enclosed please find STP files and some others. There are two sizes: Normal and small.
The cans will contain all kinds of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, carbonated and non-carbonated, and also food.
The inside of the cans needs to be coated with an epoxy layer to protect the contents.
The cans will need to be full color printed also. So you need to produce the mold that will be able to produce both the normal size and the small size cans.
The cans need to be made from two parts: The body and the bottom part. The issue here is the threads. You can view application of the cans here: Kaazfoods COM.
So to start we will pay for the molds, and then each time for the cans produced. The cans need to be completely leak proof.
Target price USD 0.18 per can. Molds total (to produce both small and standard cans) under USD 6000
