To whom it may concern,
Currently we're looking for following Item as:
Searching for supplier of sputtering targets with size 695X120X9mm on copper backing plate.
The whole set including the target and the back plate.
- Aluminium 99, 999%
- MoTa (89.2% Molybdenum 10.8% Tantalum) - MoTa - weight ratio
- ITO (90% Indium 10% Tin oxide)
- IGZO (In: Ga: Zn=1: 1: 1) - IGZO - atomic ratio.

For alloy targets segmentation in 3 parts is allowed.
Annual consumption is around 10 targets.

For our own Microelectronics Production plant needs.
