We are seeking HMS1 and HMS2 grade scrap steel that meets ISRI standards, with each consignment of a minimum of 2, 000 metric tonnes. Typical sources for this scrap steel include rail tracks, beams, structural steel, and other industrial-grade heavy scrap:
HMS1: Heavy Melting Steel grade 1. This should include clean, unpainted, uncoated steel scrap, ideally cut to 60 cm in length (or as otherwise specified), with minimal rust and impurities. Common sources include rail tracks, heavy beams, and other thick structural steel.
HMS2: Heavy Melting Steel grade 2. Similar to HMS1 but can include some galvanized and painted materials, with slightly lighter dimensions. Typical sources may include various structural steel elements and industrial-grade materials with minor coatings.
Both grades should be free from excessive corrosion, non-metallic materials, and contaminants. We require reliable sourcing channels and consistent quality, with a minimum shipment size of 2, 000 metric tonnes per consignment.
