Hello! I manufacture large, soft polyurethane rollers for printing applications. I am currently seeking a curing agent specifically for Vibrathane 6007 polyester prepolymer to achieve a hardness of 55/60 Shore A. At present, I use Isonol 93 for this purpose. It is critical to identify a curing agent that delivers optimal performance for our printing rollers, particularly when exposed to UV inks, varnishes, and enamels. I am looking to purchase 1 ton, but I would first require a sample for testing in Peru.

Actualmente estoy buscando un agente de curado específico para el prepolímero de poliéster Vibrathane 6007 para lograr una dureza de 55/60 Shore A. En la actualidad, utilizo Isonol 93 para este propósito. Es fundamental identificar un agente de curado que brinde un rendimiento óptimo para nuestros rodillos de impresión, en particular cuando se exponen a tintas UV, barnices y esmaltes. Estoy buscando comprar 1 tonelada, pero primero necesitaría una muestra para realizar pruebas en Perú.
