ANESTHESIA MACHINE:
1.Must be mobile and compact for inhalation anesthesia, including a ventilation system, gas mixing system, airway monitoring, hemodynamic parameter monitoring, and an integrated anesthetic gas module, with measured gas return to the respiratory system.
2.
- Must include support for a manual ventilation bag, which must be robust and flexible.
- Must include support for at least two vaporizers.
- CO2 absorber system with active heating throughout the respiratory system;A passive system is not acceptable.
- Electronic system checks of the system at least every 24 hours and leak tests between patients, including inspection of vaporizers and the machine system.
- Must include support software for performing tests or a checklist for the anesthesia machine.
- The equipment must have a central braking system or independent brakes on the front wheels.
- Must include at least one lockable drawer and a folding writing tray.
- Must have an internal battery with a runtime of 90 minutes or more.- Include oxygen and nitrous oxide cylinders
3.GAS MIXING SYSTEM:
- The equipment must be capable of using at least two vaporizers simultaneously.
- It must allow for the connection of a vaporizer for sevoflurane and other compatible devices as needed.
- The system must be able to connect to medical gases (air, O2, and N2O) from the hospital'S central supply.
- It must include O2 and N2O cylinders. It must include an integrated safety system to prevent the cylinders from emptying if they are left open.
- It must be possible to connect a minimum of three cylinders:O2, air, and N2O.It must include a safety system.
- Gas dosing with an integrated safety system, which allows for gas mixing and adjustment of the concentration percentage. The adjustment range is 21% to 100% by volume for the carrier gas (air) and 25% to 100% by volume for the carrier gas (N2O).
- Electronically controlled gas mixer.
- Electronic gas mixer for gas dosing, with control of the FIO2 percentage and total fresh gas flow.Compatible with O2-Air and O2-N2O mixtures.
- Must have a gas dosing unit and virtual flowmeters for O2, air, and N2O, capable of operating with minimum, low, and high flows.
4.VENTILATION SYSTEM
- The system must have a reusable and sterilizable CO2 absorber and include 20 dust filters, as well as soda lime respiratory protection.
- The system must allow for electronic switching of ventilation modes, cognitively ensuring proper adaptation of the mode or values as needed.Include a rotary knob to facilitate this adjustment.
- The circular ventilation system must be easily disassembled, with a minimum number of parts for assembly, WITHOUT TOOLS.
- Dynamic leak compensation, from a known value determined by the machine'S electronic leak test, including Leak and Compliance of the entire respiratory system.
- An electronic or mechanical airway pressure gauge and a pressure release valve during manual ventilation (APL) must be included.
5.ANESTHETIC VENTILATOR
- The ventilator must be suitable for use with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.Software selection is based on the patient'S ideal weight and age, or software selection is based on patient type, age, and height.
- The ventilator must be capable of operating using ambient air, without requiring a propellant gas. This will allow it to operate with ambient air in emergency situations or when necessary.
- A minimum 15"Touchscreen with configurable content, including an online menu of problems, causes, and solutions, or an online menu of color-coded problems, where the user manual indicates causes and solutions.
- At a minimum, the following curves must be displayed simultaneously:Capnography, airway pressure, flow, and volume/PAW loops.
- The following loops must be displayed on the screen:Pressure/flow, pressure/volume.
- Ventilation must not be influenced by fresh gas flow, neither increase nor decrease.e.g., fresh gas disconnection (if required).
