The scope of supply includes: 2 sets of molds (one for use and one for backup), 2 sets of hydraulic station systems, 2 sets of lubrication systems, 2 sets of electrical systems and all parts of the equipment itself.
Each set of molds contains 8 steel molds. The height of the completed slab must be 1.6 meters, the width is 600 mm, the thickness is 100 mm, and the mold height is considered to be 1.8 meters high
The ladle is 10 tons, and 8 tons of molten steel are provided to the vertical slab casting machine every 2 hours. Steel type: 3sp, 5sp, specific composition 3SP: (C: 0.17-0.23 / Si: 0.15-0.3 / Mn: 0.4-0.6 / P: 0.05 max / S: 0.05 max); 5SP: (C: 0.28-0.37 / Si: 0.20-0.35 / Mn: 0.5-0.7 / P: 0.05 max / S: 0.05 max)
