1. Overall Dimensions:

Size: Folded - 4.3" wide. X 5.5" tall.

2. Main Features:

Passport Pouch:

Location: Inside center. Vertical slit.

Size: Fits a standard passport snugly to keep it secure.

Orientation: Vertical slot for tucking the back passport cover inside to keep it secure.


3×5" Clear Section for a piece of paper named (medical cert)

Location: Right of passport pouch (inside and to the right of passport)

Size: Pouch dimentions 3.5"×5.5"

Material: Transparent PVC or similar clear material for easy viewing and quick access.

Design: Slide-in pockets so paper (medical cert) are easily removable but held securely.


Two Small Sections to the left.

Same size.


Location: Next to passport on left side

Size: Each pocket should be 3.9" horizontal and 2" vertical. To hold folded documents, tickets, boarding passes, or other small papers.





Closure feature- clamp button: Ensures the holder stays securely closed.


Exterior Colors. Black or brown leather. Thin but durable.


This holder would be compact enough for everyday use while being functional for pilots, keeping their essential documents neatly organized and accessible.
