We are looking for a manufacturing partner to produce a custom thigh strap designed to securely hold a sensor during physical activity, such as running or cycling.



The sensor measures 63 X 40 X 10 mm and is used to monitor muscle condition via light emission. It is similar in form to a heart rate monitor, but with a different function.



The rear side of the sensor includes light-emitting diodes, which must stay in direct contact with the user's skin to ensure proper functionality.



The strap is to be worn on the thigh, and its size should be adjustable to fit different users.



Since the sensor casing does not have dedicated slots or clips for mounting, we propose the following solution:



A custom rubber or silicone holder, molded to the exact shape and dimensions of the sensor, which would hold it securely in place.



This holder would then be attached to an elastic thigh strap (made of rubber, silicone, or similar material), ensuring the entire construction remains stable during movement.



The key requirements are:



Secure attachment of the sensor without movement during activity.



Comfortable and adjustable fit for the user.



Durable, stretchable materials suitable for sports use.
