Dear Sir or Madam,
We are a company which is selling products in the home and living segment in Germany.
General information
Currently we are looking for new products for our brand and your company seems to match our conditions. We are looking for a long-term business partner and that is the reason why we like to find a very good and reliable company.
At first, we want to start with a smaller quantity to get into the market and then raise the QTYs up to 20000 to 30000 PCS per year.
We are extending our bed & linen assortment; Therefore, we would like to make an inquiry for fitted bed sheets in three sizes and five colors. You will find an attached excel-file with all our requirements and the inquiries. Please fill in everything which is highlighted in blue and send it back to us.
If you cannot offer the exact products, please let us know your alternative offer.
Approach
Right now, we are in the inquiry phase where we get in touch with a lot of suppliers to get a first assessment of the requirements and an offer for different MOQs (FOB). After that, we will continue with three to four suppliers to send us prototype trials and have detailed discussions regarding the technical requirements and negotiations about the offered product price. Finally, we will choose the best offer to start series production with the appropriate supplier.
Special requirements
The sheets should not be transparent (every color).
The sheets should be very durable.
The sheets should fit perfectly on the mattress and should be very stretchy.
The sheets should not get wholes, damaged seems and pilling. We want to have a high-quality product and differ from others with the quality of the product.
