*The condenser fins quality must be good enough for the climate of Maldives which we have all around is sea and the rust and moisture is high in these environments. So the condenser must be coated good enough to long last this environment.
*Another point is the outdoor unit Galvanized quality. Need a very good coating.
*And the outdoor unit motherboard should cover with a silicon coat to protect from moisture or mist. This coat will protect motherboard from electric shortages
*Another important thing is we need spare parts for the air conditioners Like the mother boards
