Product Description

We are looking for manufacturer to produce a turnkey set of High-Relief Brass Challenge Coins in Luxury case. An example of a previous set is attached. The machined brass challenge coins shall be 2 inches in diameter by 4 mm thick, as shown in attached picture. The edges shall be either diamond cross-cut ot cut swirl (yet to be determined, TBD). One side shall have a high-relief of a person's face that will be plated in silver or nickle (TBD) along with other details. The opposite side shall contain a high-relief of a Coat of Arms with portions that will be silver or nickle plated. Various portions of each side of the coin shall have infill paint, as shown in the pictures. Buyer will provide STL(s) for each coin (Front and Back). Manufacturer may need to do some refining to ensure quality. Each coin set will be serial numbered on the edge of each coin. The coin set shall be put in a sturdy luxury display case. This case shall have a gold stamped coat of arms on the inside cover. The case shall be sized to fit the coins comfortably. Optionally a triangle tip up stand may be put in each coin slot to tip up the coin for display. The second picture is a mock-up of the new set and the first is an example of a previous set and the level of quality and detail expected. We would like samples before full production.
