Product Description
A triple-walled vessel mounted on a frame with adjustable feet. The top is a removable lid with four latches, featuring a hinged access hatch, agitator drive, and a 2-inch clamp fitting. The mixing device is a perforated paddle agitator with PTFE scrapers. The bottom is conical, with a DN50 outlet and bottom valve. An atmospheric-type heat exchange jacket with electric heating elements is included. The insulation is mineral wool, covering the bottom and side walls for efficient operation and employee safety. The vessel is clad in stainless steel.
The reactor is equipped with a control cabinet, including: Agitator control with a variable frequency drive (VFD), product temperature control, jacket temperature control, and bottom valve control.
