Product Description

Good day
I need quotations to build a standard 22 U server cabinet with extra features.
I wish to combine a server/modem cabinet plus a super magnet electricity generator at a later stage PLUS a HMD (heat management device) into a single cabinet even if the power supply takes up 4 or 5 U (to accommodate 100A) or we put it into a separate box.
Preliminary experiments over the past years indicates that we can reduce the heat signature of modem racks using the HMD by at least 30% but my estimates is over 70%.
So if one can reduce the air conditioning and power bill of say a large server farm like Google uses by say 5 - 75%, the minimum added charges for these facilities will not only pay for themselves in a short time (cost displacement) but add value to the maintenance of typical modem cabinets over their lifetime.
Preliminary tests show that the HMD will add less than $55 to the input costs while the 100A 24/7 PS will add Less than $10K thus amortized over 7 years, it is still cost effective.
There are 5 differences to be added to a standard 22 U cabinet:
While I seek and finalise investors to fund this I require quotations for a standard 22 U cabinet 1) with double outer walls all around ( Top, bottom, sides. With a gap of 30mm), preferably sealed except for 2) a rubber sealed hole of 40mm diameter at the top to accommodate signal wiring and inspection. I understand the glass in front will be a challenge but so long as we still have the gap. We will still be able to see through it!
There is also a requirement 3) to ensure the cabinet is airtight i. e. Good sealing.
A further requirement is 4) the ability to insert a tray of 34mm nett thickness between servers that will slide in and out. We will supply the insert so we just need the slide and space.
The last requirement is that 5) a 5 U space be cleared at the bottom of the cabinet - to be void of slides and any racks please this is to accommodate the intended standalone power supply. Some units may be powered by external generators so please supply your quote with and without this feature.
Based on preliminary market research there will be a tremendous demand for these cabinets so a sample cabinet, preferably in knocked down form would be appreciated so as to speed up the overall finalization of the HMD testing.
The first 2 to 3 months (if that long) will be focused on the HMD aspects and thereafter on the internal power supply.
I would appreciate your quotations for 1, 100 and 1, 000+ units please.
I would also appreciate email responses -
