We are looking to partner with a manufacturer to produce period underwear using advanced 4-layer leak-proof technology, focusing on eco-friendly, breathable, and absorbent fabrics while maintaining a luxurious and feminine aesthetic.Our range will include seamless and lace styles.
Styles Wanted:
Seamless Lace Thong - Light Protection - Must hold 20ml
Seamless Cheeky Brief Lace - Medium Protection - Must hold up to 30ml
Seamless Full Brief with Lace Design - Medium to heavy protection up to 40ml
Seamless High Waist Brief with Lace Design - Heavy Protection up to 50ml or more
Technical Requirements:
1.4-Layer Leak-Proof Technology:
Each pair of SIREN period underwear will feature 4-layer leak-proof technology:
Top Layer (Comfort/Moisture-Wicking Layer):
Preferred fabrics:Organic Cotton, Bamboo, Modal.
Function:To wick moisture away from the skin, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable.Must be soft, breathable, and antimicrobial.
Second Layer (Absorbent Core):
Preferred fabrics:Microfiber, Cotton Fleece, Tencel.
Function:This layer must have high absorbency while remaining lightweight and discreet.It should trap liquid and control odors to keep the wearer feeling fresh.
Absorbencies required:
Light flow:Holds up to 20ml
Moderate flow:Holds up to 30ml
Heavy flow:Holds up to 50ml
Third Layer (Leak-Proof Barrier):
Preferred fabric:Breathable PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) or TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).
Function:This layer must be waterproof to prevent leaks but breathable to avoid discomfort.It should provide full leak protection without bulk.
Outer Layer (Support/Structural Layer):
Preferred fabrics:Nylon/Spandex Blends, Lace/Nylon, Modal/Spandex for stretch and durability.
Function:The outer layer must be comfortable, flexible, and durable to maintain shape and fit, with an emphasis on creating a luxurious, body-hugging feel.
Design and Construction Specifications:Seamless Construction:Must have a smooth, invisible finish under clothing, providing comfort and discretion.Lace Details:Lace should feature luxurious lace details for a sexy, feminine look while remaining functional.The lace must be stretchy and comfortable, with flatlock stitching to ensure comfort and durability.
Packaging:Eco-Friendly Packaging:We require the use of recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable packaging materials.The packaging should reflect the brand's luxurious image, with elegant, minimalistic design options for individual underwear pieces and bundles.
Branding and Labeling:Custom branding on the packaging, care labels, and product tags.We also require eco-friendly printing for packaging and labels.
Additional Requirements:
Absorbency Testing:Each pair must be tested for absorbency to ensure it holds the designated volume (light:20ml, moderate:30ml, heavy:50ml).Please include test results with quotes.
Durability:Underwear must withstand 40+ washes without losing absorbency, shape, or elasticity.
Certifications:Preferred certifications:OEKO-TEX, GOTS, or equivalent, to ensure the safety and sustainability of fabrics.
