1. Product Requirements
Crude Palm Olein Oil (CPO)

Grade: Food-grade crude palm olein
Free Fatty Acid (FFA): Max 5%
Moisture & Impurities: Max 0.5%
Peroxide Value: Max 10 meq/kg
Color: Red to golden yellow
Odor & Taste: Neutral, no off-smell
Usage: Refining for edible oil production
Certifications Required: SGS or equivalent
Crude Rice Bran Oil (CRBO)

Grade: Food-grade crude rice bran oil
Free Fatty Acid (FFA): Max 5%
Wax Content: Max 3%
Moisture & Impurities: Max 0.5%
Peroxide Value: Max 10 meq/kg
Color: Golden yellow to brown
Odor & Taste: Natural, no off-smell
Usage: Refining for edible oil production
Certifications Required: SGS or equivalent
2. Quantity & Delivery
Monthly Requirement: 300 metric tons (combined)
Packaging Options: Flexi Bags (22MT) or Drums
Delivery Destination:
Preferred Dry Port: Bhairahawa, Nepal
Alternative Dry Port: Birgunj, Nepal
3. Payment Terms
Preferred Payment Method: Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight
Flexible Payment Option: 30% advance via LC, 70% upon shipment & document verification
4. Vendor Requirements
Must be a registered exporter with proven experience in crude oil supply
Ability to provide full export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of Origin
Bill of Lading (BL)
SGS Inspection Report
