I hope this message finds you well. My name is Monther Abushammala, and I am reaching out on behalf of Bait Darass Co. For G. Trade & Contracting. We are currently participating in a tender issued by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the "Supply and Construction of Prefabricated Structures in Gaza Strip under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The tender has a submission deadline of 27th September 2024.
The project aims to address the urgent need for housing, clinics, schools, and other essential structures in the Gaza Strip, where 63% of buildings have been damaged or destroyed due to ongoing conflicts. The structures must be durable, compliant with international safety standards, and adaptable to the unique environmental and cultural conditions of the region (family privacy).
We are seeking a reliable and experienced supplier to partner with us in this endeavour. Up to now we have not received details on the quantity or target prices, however we have to submit a letter of interest together with a manufacturer.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:
1. Product Specifications: Details on the prefabricated structures you offer, including compliance with international safety standards, durability, and adaptability to various environments.
2. Pricing and Delivery: An overview of your pricing model and delivery timelines for large-scale projects.
3. Previous Experience: Examples of similar projects you have successfully completed, especially those involving rapid deployment in conflict or post-disaster zones.
Scalability and Flexibility: Information on your production capacity
