Product Description
In an 8.5 Katha (8.5*720 sft) land, 4500 sft rectangular section is taken (90FT*50FT) to build an industry cum warehouse. Since new industry and the 1st project of 8 new projects to follow, internal partition is avoided so that machines can be relocated in case of extreme necessity. 3 floor (40 FT) structure it is (height distribution 20FT+12FT+8FT). The first floor is industrial zone where 10 sets of 10 tons mixer machine, 3 sets of large packaging machine (1 ton) and 2 sets of manufacturing and molding machine and one RO machine will be present. (If necessary 1/2 machines can be shifted to 1 of 7 other locations). In second floor, there will be warehouse to carry 500 mtons (more or less) and in third floor, small office rooms and worker rest room, with the floor have hollow inside to directly watch 1st floor.
The roof will have solar panels all along.
In the 1st/ground floor (I consider both same here) there are two gates- one North, one East (This is a land with four lane junction).
Since no partitions are instructed, no specific design is provided. The engineer will have freedom to do likewise and propose such.
Cost estimation is necessary so as installation.
Payment will be provided in different stages of installation completion in destination spot. Normal laborers will be provided so the engineer and few of his associates are welcomed. This will unravel the opportunity of involving in 7 different projects scheduled later with each of them Larger than the previous one. We'll manage plane rates, and accommodation, with their working rates are suggested to be mentioned on a daily basis.
Since the land is barren, and not much partition will be provided, the sketch of instruments that will be installed in the industry is provided.
Quality is the first priority with safety system and anti-hazard process are to be followed. Only after then, the economy comes to consideration where the efficient bidder wins by removing unnecessary cost and ensuring 100% quality and safety.
