My name is Alex O'Mahony, and I am the co-founder of Lambda Designs, a custom design company that my business partner and I are in the process of establishing in the UK.
We have been invested in watchmaking and watchmodding for a long time, we are now ready to explore the open market for watch manufacture as a small watchmaker.

We have thoroughly reviewed manufactureres, OEM and ODM, and are particularly impressed with the capabilities and craftsmanship of multiple suppliers. However we want our initial product line to focus on the customization of watches, movements, dial, crowns, colours, straps etc. Including materials such as Steel, Titanium, leather, etc.
Following the successful sale of our first stocks, we plan to expand our offerings to include custom limited edition designs.

We are interested in exploring opportunities for OEM manufacturing of our custom designs, as well as resale of current ODM.
I beleive that there is at least one supplier within the watchmaking industry who can provide the quality and expertise we need to cater to a clientele that values superior craftsmanship over low-cost alternatives. Our target market prioritizes high-quality goods and appreciates meticulous craftsmanship rather than seeking quick and cheap products.

Scope of Work:
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
- Providing a wide variety of high-quality watch parts, including automatic and chronograph movements, cases, dials, straps, and other essential components.
- Ensuring materials meet premium standards, such as stainless steel, titanium, and other durable finishes like brushed or polished textures.
- Delivering parts that adhere to stringent quality checks, ensuring durability and aesthetic excellence over long-term usage.

Specific Requirements:
- Customization Options: Suppliers should offer a broad range of customizable parts in terms of colors, materials, and finishes.
- Quality Assurance: All delivered parts will undergo inspection upon arrival. Suppliers must guarantee defect-free components and share documentation related to quality control measures.
- Production Transparency: Suppliers may need to share information on production processes and material sourcing to ensure alignment with our quality standards.
- Delivery Reliability: Timely delivery of parts in accordance with agreed schedules is essential to maintain production timelines.
- Pricing: Competitive pricing is expected, as benchmarking against the market will guide selection criteria.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Interested suppliers should include the following in their proposals:
- A detailed catalog of available parts, including material specifications and customization options.
- Quality assurance certifications and defect resolution protocols.
- Pricing structure, including bulk purchase discounts if applicable.
- Delivery timelines and order fulfillment guarantees.
- References or case studies demonstrating previous successful partnerships.

Payment Terms preferred: 75: 25 (75% on order, 25% on satisfied delivery)
