I am currently operating a plastic recycling facility where we process hard, rigid HDPE materials such as washbasins, buckets, chairs, and tables. At the moment, we manually cut this material with machetes to reduce its size before feeding it into a grinder.
We are looking to upgrade this part of the process with an industrial shredder
Capacity: Minimum of 1000 kg per hour
Material: Hard, rigid HDPE plastic
Output size: Pieces approximately 30 centimeters (12 inches)
Voltage and Frequency: 60 Hz, 440V for 3-phase
Price: (FOB Ningbo and CIF )
We have observed that some shredders fail to engage the material immediately, causing it to bounce on top instead of being shredded. This issue is unacceptable in our case, as we need consistent, efficient pre-processing before the material enters the grinder.
Photos or videos of the shredder in action (if available)
