I'm part of an independent research project and my team is trying check if lead-free or lead-based solder spheres are better for PCBs focused on battery maintenance systems of electronic vehicles. Spheroid tolerance should be within 1.5% and I am amicable to receiving price quotations for other sphere diameters as long as they are within the application's spheroid tolerance.
