I'm in the market to produce aluminum water bottles with a long spout, similar to the image I have attached to this email. If the prototype is to standard, I will be looking to get this produced in larger quantities, but for now, I'm looking at seeing a prototype
I am looking for the base of the bottle to be made of aluminum, and the lid to be made of either plastic or aluminum as well. The spout should have a push-pull function, whereby pushing the spout towards the lid, locks the spout, preventing water from coming out of the spout, and pulling the spout away from the lid allows water to come out. The dimensions/volume of this bottle should be: 3inch diameter base, and a volume of 30 oz.
I am looking to see if two prototypes can be made:
One bottle where both the base and the lid/spout are made of aluminum (this may require a different locking feature for the spout)
One bottle where the base is made of aluminum, and the lid/spout is made of plastic.
Please let me know what you think, if a prototype of each can be made and at what cost, and if there is a minimum order to get this produced, and the cost per bottle. The colours for now do not matter, although can be included in your quoted price.
